CHOOSING A PLAN
Which one is right for you?
1
Your first run with us
Import what a previous provider paid this year, record what each employee is paid, and run the month.

2
Proving a figure to an auditor
Every line on a payslip traces to the rate, the instrument and the date. Reading a run back recomputes it.

QUESTIONS
Before you ask.
Still unsure? Ask us anything about a Malaysian run.
Is there a minimum contract or setup fee?
No setup fee and no minimum term. You are billed per employee paid in a month, so a month you pay nobody costs nothing.
Can I run more than one company?
Yes. Each company keeps its own EPF, SOCSO, EIS and LHDN registrations and files under them, on one record and one invoice.
Which statutory schemes are covered?
EPF, SOCSO, SKBBK, EIS, PCB, the HRD Corp levy and zakat — computed from the rate tables in force for the month being paid, each line citing its instrument.
What happens when a rate changes?
Rate tables are effective-dated, so a recomputed historical payslip uses the schedule that was in force then. A month we hold no data for refuses rather than guessing.
