Malaysia · v2026.8
EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, the HRD Corp levy and zakat. Every rate comes with the date it starts and where we read it.
EPF · the working
Every line shows its working, the law behind it, and whether we have checked it against a real payroll.
Year to date · 2026
May is unaccounted for. No figure computes until it is.
Your year so far is added up from what your last provider paid plus what we run. We never just take a number for it.

Who it’s for
The shape of the problem changes with how many entities you run. Needing to show where a figure came from does not.
Statutory forms generated from the pack that computes them · Bank files versioned with the rules that produced them · Blockers before the run, not surprises after it
One record across entities · Year-to-date derived, never re-entered · Per-entity filing, one place to read it
Citation on every line, per client · Runs reproduce years later · API and MCP for the tooling you already run
Working papers that are the working · Exports for the accounts you already keep · Nothing computed that cannot be derived
It does not know what EPF or SOCSO or PCB are. Malaysia is a separate piece that plugs in, so adding a second country never touches the sums.
If something is missing we name the person and say what we need. We never put a zero in and carry on.
Which law sets it, the page we read it on, and the day we read it. When a rate changes we add the new one and leave the old one alone.
Audit trail
A payslip is not a picture of a number. It keeps what it was worked out from, so opening it later does the sum again and checks.
See the schedulesWhat was paid, and to whom. A number with nothing behind it is refused when somebody types it, not on payday.
Which deductions each kind of pay counts toward. If Malaysia does not recognise a kind of pay, you cannot record it.
The rate, the law it comes from, and the date it starts applying.
It will not balance to the wrong figure. The working and the check both reach the payslip itself.

Bank files and statutory forms come from the same place as the rates, so they change together. Exports for the accounting system you already keep.
Written down once, then published as an OpenAPI document, a typed client and agent tools. Build against the published spec; other countries are written against the same one.
